Designed with a seamless front and seamless back, this leotard features a clean invisible zipper down the center back to just below the waist for a smooth, uninterrupted finish. Drafted exclusively for four way stretch fabrics, it hugs the body while allowing full movement for stage, dance, and performance.
This design includes pattern pieces for shoulder interfacing and structured shoulder pads so you can build your own sharp pyramid shoulders with dramatic corners. The long sleeve extends into a fingerless glove for a fully styled look, or you can trim it at the wrist and hem for a classic sleeve finish. Whether styled sleek and minimal or fully embellished, this leotard creates a strong, angular shape that photographs beautifully and commands attention on stage or for cosplay.

The Women's sizes are made for standard women sizes, which are shorter and smaller than drag queen sizes.
Note: We also have a Men's Size version, with a different crotch pattern for non-tucking individuals.

If you’re doing drag, be sure to measure yourself with your padding on for the bust and hips. Look for your natural waist measurement in the size charts below to choose the correct size. Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your body—it should feel not too loose or too tight.

What are Drag Queen sizes?
Our drag queen sizes are similar to men's sizing but include added bust and hip room, longer torsos, broader shoulders, and larger measurements in the arms and legs, with shorter inseams than women's sizing.

Can women wear Katkow patterns?
Absolutely! Any gender can use our patterns, as long as their measurements align with our size chart.
Additionally, we're working on offering standard women's sizing for select patterns in the future.

What's a PDF sewing pattern?
A digital PDF sewing pattern is a file available for download instantly after purchase. This is not a physical garment. No garments or printed patterns will be shipped to a physical address.
Due to copyright law, you cannot sell this pattern or share the pattern with anyone.
All sewing patterns are individually designed using manufacturing software with true-to-life garment sizing. Please get in touch with us if you experience issues with pattern sizing.
Do the pattern pages have margins?
Yes, our PDF sewing patterns have margins that will need to be trimmed or folded before taping together.
It is important to note your printer settings should be set to scale: 100% and NOT fit to page.

Can any gender wear this pattern?
Yes, anyone who matches the size measurements provided with each pattern can wear them. However, some adjustments may be needed.
Our unique drag queen sizes are based off of U.S. Standard Men’s & Women’s Plus sizes to better fit male bodies with padding.
We increase shoulder, bicep, elbow, wrist, knee, calf, ankle widths, and lower crotch inseams, compared to standard Women's sizing.
All sizes can be altered at the waist, knee, and elbow to achieve a better fit for you.
